Brook Street is hiring an Admin Officer to join the team at Newcastle County Court. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a stable and rewarding administrative role.

Location: Newcastle County Court, Barras Bridge, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7PF
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £11.59 per hour - Weekly Pay
Contract: Immediate start until 31/12/25, with a strong possibility of extension

Key ResponsibilitiesHandling public enquiries professionally and efficientlyOpening, dispatching, and managing postPreparing and checking papers and filesPhotocopying, filing, and data entryMaintaining accurate records on the in-house systemSupporting general office administration as neededWhat We're Looking ForStrong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and ExcelFast and accurate data entry skillsA proactive, organised, and target-driven approachExcellent communication and customer service skillsA team player with a professional attitudeMinimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) or equivalent
