The Hampton campus of Bryant & Stratton College is seeking an Administrative Receptionist (part-time). This position reports to the Director of Admissions.
Job Summary:
This position is an essential first contact for Students, Faculty, Staff and Vendors. In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Admissions department.
Principal Job Functions:
Answering a multi-line phone system Polite and professional customer service Data entry and other Admissions functions Distributing and sending campus mail Faxing, filing and basic office duties Special projects as assignedThe ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time are essential skills for this position.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours is required.
Knowledge and Experience:
