Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily

Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking

Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email

Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence

As an Administrative Assistant IV, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

The AA will be responsible for managing the calendars for SIS-level Office executives, totaling 3+ people in a fast-paced Front Office environment

The AA will help to prioritize, schedule or reschedule the Executives' daily calendars

The AA will help to draft routine and non-routine correspondence between the Office Executives and other higher-level Sponsor/ Center Executives for formatting and adherence to office style guides

These may include correspondence regarding the effects/implementation of changing Sponsor policies, regulations, organizational structure, and component procedures

The AA would preferably have 3+ years of documented experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

No specific physical requirements, although the position is within a large Mission Center, and the AA may be required to move between the various departments, as well as to/from the HQs Mail room

There is no local travel or TDY requirements for this position

Basic experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is required but intermediate is preferred

It is desired that the AA have experience with Sponsor Access Request System, Sponsor Travel Requests and Systems, and Sponsor Reimbursement Systems

Onboarding duties include adding and removing accesses for all incoming/outgoing personnel, update rosters, seating charts, phone cards, phone trees, organization (org) charts

Must be possess a high level of detail

Will need to greet visitors and assist with direction to conference room or appointment location

Will need to "set-up" secure video teleconferences (SVTCs)

The front office has constant flow of visitors throughout the day; the AA will need awareness of activities occurring in the vault to be able to effectively guide visitors

May be asked to be a secondary vault custodian with the responsibility to add and remove members from vault as part of the onboarding/offboarding process

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

HS Diploma and seven (7) years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work schedule is 0800 - 1600, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of sporadic additional hours throughout the year

Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction

This position is on customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $132,964 - $152,909. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
