Description
We have an opportunity with a professional consulting services company specializing in planning, engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, surveying, environmental sciences, project management, and project economics for infrastructure and facilities projects. The Company provides services on projects around the world through over 22,000 employees operating out of more than 410 locations in North America and across offices in 6 continents internationally.
We are seeking a candidate to assist in working through office administrative duties as busy season approaches. There will be a lot of data entry involved in this role, client communication, updating files, scanning, this person must be comfortable cross-referencing data to drive accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter and comfortable learning new software programs.

Requirements of the Admin Assistant include:
• A minimum 1-3 years administrative experience is required
• Phone etiquette
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and Positive demeanor
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and customers
• Self-directed, with time management skills and ability to work with little supervision
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite applications and basic data processing required, Adobe Acrobat
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.50
