Leading global financial services firm is looking for Administrative Assistants to join their pool of Temp talent. The Zoom training is on Wednesday 2/12 from 11:00am-12:30pm. The subsequent temp assignments will be onsite, with a few exceptions where remote work is sufficient. This training will be a crash course in how the firm operates, the role of an admin at the firm, and will cover the assignments you will be put on. The desk hours we fill can vary, starting anywhere from 8am or 9am on average, and usually ending between 5pm and 6:30pm give or take. Temps would need to be okay to take assignments in that general window! Pay rate for training is $20/hr. Pay rate for subsequent temp assignments is $25/hr.

Responsibilities: General responsibilities of a temp admin at this firm will include:

Phone coverage via Zoom phone (new)Heavy calendar management and schedulingTravel coordination (domestic and international)Processing and submitting expensesPreparing materials for meetingsFilingOther ad hoc administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience within a corporate setting. The ideal candidate is savvy and knows how to prioritize, can anticipate needs, doesn't need to ask a lot of questions.
