Job details The office assistant provides a variety of admin duties and is not limited to the following:

>Sit at front desk, and help with foot traffic as people come through the door
> Very little phones
> Scan and upload documents to be emailed to Brandi
> Able to take direction, and finish task in an appropriate amount of time ... > Must be able to be discreet, and keep HR information confidential
> Set up training room for orientation, order lunches, and print all training documentation for orientation
> Must have self discipline and be a self starter, being able to work alone with little to no supervision
> Attention to detail, especially naming documents or spreadsheets
> This is a temp position, but if the fit is right will be a temp to hire

Responsibilities:
