We are looking for an Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Director, NPD Off-Highway Manufacturing, Logistics and Manufacturing Strategy, to provide administrative support to him and his team. In this role, you will maintain the agenda of the Director and the sector's governing bodies.  You will be an indispensable resource for all the department's various administrative requests and improvements.

VOUS AUREZ L’OPPORTUNITÉ DE:

\n\nCoordonner les phases budgétaires et supporter les gestionnaires dans la gestion de leurs budgets respectifs;\nPréparer les convocations de réunions, rapports de réunions, présentations et agendas;\nRéserver les voyages des membres de l’équipe et compléter les comptes de dépenses;\nVeiller à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés (demandes d’accès, demandes de matériel informatique, transmettre diverses politiques, répondre aux demandes, etc.);\nAssurer et coordonner la logistique technique entourant certains événements (ex : atelier de travail); \nVoir aux diverses demandes d'achat et les suivre;\nAdministrer et traiter différentes informations et divers documents confidentiels;\nCollaborer étroitement avec les autres adjointes administratives du département pour assurer la cohésion entre les équipe et partager les bonnes pratiques;\nSoutenir différents projets au besoin.\n\n

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

\n\nCollege diploma (DEC) in secretarial, office automation or other relevant training;\nFluency in French and English in order to work with our partners outside Quebec;\nAt least 3 years' relevant experience;\nAbility to multi-task; \nExcellent ability to prioritize and be resourceful;\nThoroughness and attention to detail;\nTeam spirit and ability to work under pressure;\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite.\n\n
