Job Description:
Responsibilities
Perform daily checking to regulatory and non-regulatory correspondenceUpdate the correspondence summary report
Communicate with other processing teams to resolve the issue of problem correspondence
Raise system request to fix problem correspondence and arrange resending of correspondence
Provide back up support to teammates who are on leaveAssist in ad-hoc tasks if requiredRequirements
Form 7 and above1-2 year with administration experience preferred, candidates with basic knowledge of MPF scheme & related regulations would be an advantageCustomer oriented, initiative with positive working attitudeGood numerical sensitivity and attentive to detailsGood typing skills (both English and Chinese) and familiar with excel, wordGood spoken & written English and ChineseCandidate with less experience may consider for the position of AdministratorWe offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.
