Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform reconciliations of client accounts to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.Prepare and distribute annual tax slips (e.g., T4A, T5), ensuring adherence to tax regulations and deadlines.Assist in preparing tax returns and supporting documentation.Accurately enter client account information, financial transactions, and tax details into internal systems.Organize and maintain up-to-date databases for quick and easy access to records.Review and verify financial and client data for accuracy by cross-referencing reports and documents.Address client inquiries related to tax matters and provide appropriate support.Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in data entry and account reconciliations.Knowledge of tax slip preparation, financial transactions, and reconciliation processes.Skilled in using data management software for entry, monitoring, and reporting purposes.Strong organizational abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.Clear and professional communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and clients.Familiarity with tax regulations and financial compliance requirements is advantageous.
