Administration Assistant - Construction

Office Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management within a construction environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Support project managers and other staff with administrative tasks.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Manage office budgets and expenses.Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role within a construction environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.

Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
