Responsibilities:

Document screening/pairing/matching/checking (mortgage title deed documents)Data entry to Excel log file for correspondent documentsCollect/Receive documents over the counterMove/Collect/Delivery documents from/to the requested locationMonitor email and follow up on required actionsDocument sorting/filing to warehouseCarry of heavy documents is neededOther administrative support assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

HKCEE/HKDSE or above with 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in handling mortgage would be advantageSelf-motivated, well-organized and attention to detailsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAble to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility in MS Word, Excel, PowerpointExcellent English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
