Job Title: Administration C Job Code: 20137 Job Location: Vandenberg SFB, California Job Description: + Performs general administrative support tasks in such functional areas including, but not limited to, procurement, finance, security, program management, and contracts. Prepares documents, reports and presentations. Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing (hard or soft copy), status reports/tracking. Receive deliveries and prepare outbound shipping documentation; pickup, sort and distribute incoming mail. May perform some research or data analysis tasks. Takes and delivers messages and provides information to callers. May schedule and coordinate meetings or other events. Communicates with contacts, obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement. Is equally comfortable working as an individual or in a group setting and able to interact with all levels of management. Essential Functions: + Interface with high-level internal and external contacts. + Assist offsite corporate positions with onsite administrative tasks. + Create, track and maintain procurement requisitions in appropriate computer systems. + Manage shipping and receiving for all procurement activities. + Organize, create and maintain appropriate databases in shared/network drives, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams + Write, edit or prepare contract deliverables including monthly reports in Microsoft Word and Excel + Assist with administration of maintenance work orders including distribution, tracking, and reporting + May perform some research or data analysis tasks. + Coordinate events and support additional projects as needed. + Prepare presentations. + Work well in a high-pace, dynamic, small-team environment Qualifications: + Able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance + Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills + High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: + Active TS/SCI Clearance + Prior supply chain (procurement or shipping/receiving) experience + Prior data-management experience + Experience working in a highly dynamic environment with the initiative to learn additional skills Please be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $71,500 - $86,500.
