Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: $21.50 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $22.25 | Year 3 - $23.00 | Year 4 - $23.75
Work Location: Naperville, IL

Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Coordinates administrative requests and queries effectively from leadership.
• Organizes and schedules appointments for department and leadership as necessary.
• Develops and maintains the department filing system.
• Answers phones for department leadership, takes messages and/or fields all questions.
• Update daily onsite attendance within the campus go-bags for purposes of emergency protocol. 
• Coordinates and communicates property and building management requests.
• Oversees inventory management with respects to supplies and company approved refreshments.
• Job responsibilities include possible access to HIPAA protected health information; as such, employee must comply with HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements and policies.
• Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality and privacy of sensitive data according to ALDI policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma / GED required. 
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. 

Physical Requirements:

• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs. 

Travel:

• Local travel required.
• Up to 25%.
