About the Job:

Oversee office logistics, from project inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and optimizing operations, including managing external contractors, architects, and vendors.Serve as the primary liaison in DC with contractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for office projects and events.Manage the office move logistics, including timeline, vendor coordination, and related operations.Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and emergency preparedness plans, and maintain inventory levels for office supplies and equipment.Plan and execute internal events, coordinate large staff meetings, manage office maintenance, and ensure timely processing of operational expenses and vendor relationships.

About You:

5+ years of relevant office management experience are required.A bachelor's degree is required.Experience managing office move and construction logistics.Proactive problem-solver with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.Technical fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and Concur.

About the Position:
