Administration Support Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Support Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Administration Support Manager role is responsible for the effective delivery of office and administrative functions related to the contract and ensuring efficient support to the Management Team.

 

This is a service-based role, requiring a genuine motivation to support the contract, external stakeholders and remaining responsive to the regional operational requirements of the business.

What you’ll bring

A high school certificate or tertiary qualification.Excellent administration skills.Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Well-developed written and oral communication skills.Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced multiple transaction environment.Excellent organisational and analytical skills.

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

Key to the success of this role is the ability to proactively communicate with internal stakeholders as well as each of the varied subcontract companies and deliver defined outcomes in accordance with key performance indicators which will be tracked on a scheduled basis. Superior data management, communication and organisational skills are an essential.Manage the inventory and allocation of supplies and control costs within budget.Maintaining and managing office, assets, equipment and fleet.Distribution of IT equipment to staff and maintain Registers.Undertake filing and general administrative as required.Organising Communications and Meetings for the Contract & Management (internal and external)Assist in Compiling and preparing the Client Reporting deliverables.
