As a team member, you will handle the purchase orders for members of several teams. Thanks to your efforts, you will directly influence the delivery of orders related to all our development projects.

\n\nValidate the compliance of purchase requests. \nCreate purchase orders.\nTrack purchase requests and transportation. \nAct as the unique point of contact for suppliers.\nInfluence the operation of processes.\n\n

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

\n\nA diploma of vocational studies (DVS) in secretarial studies, a diploma of college studies (DCS) in administrative techniques, or other relevant equivalents.\n3 to 5 years of relevant experience.\nGood communication and presentation skills.\nCapable of working with minimal supervision (autonomous and proactive).\nProficiency in French 4/5 and English 4/5, an English language proficiency of 4/5 is required for the position, as you will need to communicate regularly with international suppliers/carriers.\n\n
