Administrative Analyst
**Overview** **Responsibilities:** + Stay in sync with the product owners on priorities and day to day decision making. + Support the product owners in collaborating with other teams and leadership to ensure team strategy aligns with overall product vision. + Define, implement, and track performance metrics once solution enters production. + Prep and support the team on product demos as needed working with the product owners. + Work with Product Owner to catalog requirements, perform analyses, analyze data in order to refine priorities and user stories related to D&A products. + Special projects and other duties as assigned. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Experience:** + 4+ years of experience highly preferred. **Other:** + Problem solving ability to identify next steps, execute and track progress on business related tasks related to D&A use cases (e.g., validating business process changes needed, documented current state and target state for use cases etc.) + Basic financial modeling ability to use Excel to build models that help size of the value of use cases working in partnership with the product manager. + Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and communicate the nuance on the status and next steps of various initiatives. + Ability to build financial models, perform quick analyses using pivot tables. + Intermediate Tableau / Power BI user able to develop ad-hoc analyses by joining and analyzing moderate sized datasets and exports. + Knowledge of JIRA and other task planning tools. + Detail orientation to track steps needed and align stakeholders across initiatives across the business. + Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders. + Ownership mindset and ability to work across functions to coordinate on complex tasks and dependencies. + Collaborative, work well within a small, high-performing team. + Ability to effectively work with different management levels and personalities. + Skills in relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration. + Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and a continuous improvement mind-set. + Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products. + Comfortable with routinely shifting demands. + Working knowledge of general office equipment. + Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner under tight deadlines. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment. + Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. **Working Environment and Travel Requirements** + Corporate office environment. **Annual Salary Range:** $50,000-$60,000 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
