Administrative Analyst STAFF SERVICES ANALYST $3,749.00 - $6,093.00 per Month Final Filing Date: 11/5/2024 Job Description and Duties The Administration Unit of the Fuels and Transportation Division (FTD) seeks a Staff Services Analyst to join its team. FTD administers the Clean Transportation Program, which is investing billions of dollars in the coming years to accelerate the deployment of zero-emission transportation infrastructure, support in-state manufacturing, and conduct workforce training and development. Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I in FTD, the incumbent will perform progressively more complex and difficult duties in a wide variety of consultative and analytical assignments such as: administrative analysis, contract and agreement administration, budgeting, personnel analysis, legislative and regulation analysis, and staff and executive support services including presentation development activities pertinent to Division funding programs and activities. Duties and responsibilities require research, analysis, and the use of independent judgment and discretion to interpret and apply statutes, regulations, and policies and procedures. The incumbent must consistently demonstrate a high degree of initiative, independence, dependability, teamwork, attention to detail, and customer service oriented in performing general office duties. The incumbent must maintain collegial and cooperative working relationships with all internal and external business partners.
