Administrative And Operations Coordinator

Job Description

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will support the Director of Operations by managing executive assistant-related duties and ensuring seamless operations. Your day-to-day activities will include onboarding and offboarding staff, providing tech support for new hires, scheduling and sending calendar invites, updating reports in Excel and Smartsheets to track projects, taking notes in MS Teams, and creating or updating PowerPoints for client presentations. You will also be responsible for updating organizational charts with new team member information and contacts, maintaining organization, and fostering a positive attitude with internal team members.

Required to be onsite four days a week, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Main work location is the Eagle building. Must be a team player, mainly supporting the Director of Business Operations. This position covers for a team member on maternity leave and is expected to go through Monday-Friday. Cannot wear competing brands while on campus. Reports to the S+O Operations Manager. Benefits include access to a campus gym, discounted products, and various campus events. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $35.00
