**The role**
Bell Media is looking for a professional and discreet Information Administrative Coordinator with strong general administrative skills who is looking to work in a challenging environment. The Assistant will provide administrative and technical support while maintaining confidentiality. This includes producing a variety of documents, drafting correspondence.
**Location:** 1, Alexandre-Graham-Bell, Verdun, Qc.

**Tasks, Responsibilities and Skills:**
+ Administrative Support to GM News and information management team
+ Provide administrative and clerical support (mail, organize and coordinate meetings, and ensure logistics)
+ Support the Administrative Assistant to the GM of Information
+ Make travel arrangements for the reporters, and make hotel reservations
+ Management of expense accounts for 3 NOOVO GMs
+ Data entry and filing, auditing and reporting in the payroll and vacation systems
+ Create contracts for freelancers, track their hours
+ Manage hiring, leave and departure transactions for freelancers
+ Follow up on payroll transactions for employees, pay various invoices
+ Follow up on certain ongoing files and monitor them when required
+ Carry out courier shipments to our regional offices
+ Write letters, memos, working documents and various reports
+ Follow up on various administrative files
**Skills / Abilities :**
+ Knowledge of French (read, written, spoken)
+ Sense of initiative
+ Ability to set priorities
+ Organizational and planning skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write various letters, memos, both internal and external
+ Computer skills, Ms Excel & PowerPoint, intermediate level
+ Knowledge of Ms Outlook
+ Knowledge of SAP
+ Confidentiality and discretion
+ Demonstrate professionalism
+ Highly ethical
+ Impeccable rigor
+ Ability to work under pressure
+ Speed to complete tasks as requested
+ Interest in current events and news in general
