Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all aspects of registration and billing of clients of the Children s Mobile Response program, problem solving billing issues as they arise, preparing financial reports , maintain adequate inventory of supplies, prepares purchase orders through RWJ software system, responsible for payroll using the ADP system, maintains statistical data for the program as needed , responsible for learning and completing Presumptive Eligibility applications, which is the first step to families getting NJFAMILY CARE, assist coordinator and director with assignments as needed. Experience with EPIC electronic medical record software is strongly preferred, bilingual Spanish preferred but not necessary. Excellent communication skills needed, team player and strong willingness to learn and complete work assignments in a timely manner.

Associate Degree, will consider High School Diploma with strong experience3 years minimum of experience in medical billing and registration Strong skill set in all aspects of medical billing and resolving billing issues as they arisePreferred:
Experience with EPIC Software, strongly preferredExperience with ADP payroll systemWorking knowledge of Microsoft / Outlook/Computer LiteracyAble to speak Spanish, helpful but not requiredScheduling Requirements:
