About the Job:
* Process invoices and follow up on payments using Netforum and Workday.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
* Maintain and update office filing systems (electronic and physical).
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, memos, reports, and documents.
* Order office supplies, manage inventory, and handle mail distribution.
* Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
* Develop and maintain contact lists and filing systems.
* Book travel accommodations as needed.
About You:
* Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Netforum and Workday (preferred).
* High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business preferred.
Position Details:
* Hourly Pay: $26/hr - $28/hr
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (40 hours per week)
* Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Ballston, Arlington, VA (Metro-accessible)
