Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including scheduling, meeting setup, and responding to inquiries.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Teams, to manage documents, communications, and team collaboration.Format and proofread business documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and presentation.Organize and maintain business office files and folders, implementing an efficient structure for easy access and retrieval.Assist with digital signature platforms such as Adobe or Consigno, ensuring secure and compliant document handling.Use working knowledge of OpenText (Livelink) and SharePoint for document management and cross-functional collaboration.Provide keyboarding support with high accuracy and speed, ensuring consistency in document formatting.Adhere to government procedures and protocols as needed to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Strong operational experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Teams.Proficient in document formatting and business correspondence with excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills.Working knowledge of OpenText (Livelink) and SharePoint business applications (an asset).Experience with digital signature platforms, such as Adobe or Consigno (an asset).Experience in business office file and folder management (an asset).Previous experience in provincial government (an asset but not required).Strong keyboarding skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
