Description
Under the guidance of the ERSEA Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the UCLA Early Head Start/Head Start Program. This position involves a broad range of administrative and clerical tasks, including welcoming visitors in person and over the phone, managing data entry and record keeping, and preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents requiring proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant performs related duties as needed to ensure the program’s smooth operation. This position is considered a mandated reporter of child abuse.
Salary Range: $25.60 – 36.33 Hourly
