We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits Admin team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Health and Benefits Admin team main objectives are related to ensure the operational management with the Insurance Company. It is focused on making inclusions, exclusions and data changes, verify and reconcile the billing and support the claims processes, including the support of a Clinical Consultant, manage the employee benefits and provide support.
As an Administrative Assistant you’ll be supporting the business of Health and Benefits through an operational point of view, understand all Mercer benefits solutions and become a more complete professional.
You will be given the opportunity to get to know different clients and realities, becoming a trusted advisor.
We will count on you to:
Process and review participant forms and requests, and assist with complex participant questions;Perform peer review on participant transactions. Assist Service Center with escalated participant phone calls;Prepare and peer review of clients reports to include: weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting;Monitor timely processing of files and reports;Manage benefits and retirement plans on behalf of clients, serving as subject matter experts and technical resources for the daily administration of processes, case management and project work;A Plan Administrator is a contributor, providing experienced, independent administrative support.What you need to have:
