What Matters Most: Competitive Pay of $20.00 p/hr.Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 AM – 5 PMLocation: Tampa, FL Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will work to support the administrative office of a busy non-profit organization.  You will work with your team to coordinate meetings using MS Office and MS Teams daily, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.   Responsibilities: Outlook calendars and coordinating in-person or Virtual MS Teams meetings.Performs general office duties.Answers, screens, and facilitates incoming telephone calls, and responds independently when appropriate.Prepare detailed correspondence, reports, and presentations as directed.Maintains multiple schedules and calendars. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
