Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading **Multinational Technology company** in the Redmond WA **(Onsite)** for a **Contract** **Administrative Assistant 2** role to assist their team. This is an Hybrid role.

**Shift: M-F 8am-5pm**
**Job Description**
**Qualification**
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions primarily for an individual manager and secondarily for a group. Manages schedule(s); coordinates travel arrangements; coordinates meetings and events; coordinates department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations; completes special projects as assigned.
**MUST HAVE:**
1. Minimum 2+ years experience with Outlook ( for scheduling meetings)
2. Minimum 2+years experience with Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Minimum 2+ years experience with being able to communicate and be detailed orientated with executive stakeholder managements
