**Title: Administrative Assistant 3** **Location: Silicon Valley- California** **Duration: 6 months (High possibility for an extension)** **Rate: $30 to $35/hr on W2** **Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:** 1. **Calendar Management** 2. Minimum **3 years** of experience managing schedules for individuals and teams. 3. **Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency** 4. Minimum **1–3 years** of experience with **PowerPoint** , **Excel** , **Word** , **Outlook** , and **Teams** . 5. **Administrative Budget Management** 6. Minimum **1+ year** of experience reviewing and managing budgets for events, morale, travel, and training. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Calendar Management** 2. Manage schedules for up to two managers. 3. **Team Support** 4. Provide support to a team of 100 engineers, product managers, and art/design professionals. 5. Responsibilities include headcount management, budget oversight, morale event planning, and alias management. 6. **Event and Operations Coordination** 7. Plan morale events, coordinate catering, and oversee hardware refresh cycles. 8. **Travel Coordination** 9. Arrange and coordinate travel for managers and the team as required. 10. **Department Operations** 11. Coordinate financial, personnel, and facility operations. 12. **Special Projects** 13. Complete assigned projects as needed. **Required Qualifications:** 1. **Experience** : 2. 2+ years in administrative, business support, or customer service roles focusing on scheduling, travel management, and administration. 3. 1+ year managing administrative budgets for events, morale, travel, and training. 4. **Security and Compliance** : 5. Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years. 6.
