Job Summary/Basic FunctionProvide secretarial/clerical support for the office of Institutional Effectiveness, Planning and Research (IEPR). Reporting to the Assistant Vice Provost, greet and assist visitors, answer calls, take messages, or transfer appropriately; print and maintain monthly budget/Pcard reports; provide support to assist IEPR staff with multiple tasks and projects; maintain required office and testing supplies; respond to questions related to Senior General Education (GNED)/ Major Field Testing (MFT) exemptions per written standards; and perform other related tasks as assigned, train staff on MTSU policies and procedures
Required EducationHigh School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Required Related ExperienceTwo years of progressively responsible secretarial/clerical experience required.
Note: An Associate's degree (two years of college coursework) and one year experience may be considered in lieu of work experience.
CPS/CAP preferred, Knowledge of MTSource, MTSU policies and procedures.
