Duties:
• Provides clerical support to the HR department. Create required reports for Accounting, or upon requests by other departments.
• Administrate payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
• Administrate and maintain company vehicle leasing program, including ordering vehicles, registration and accident or insurance.
• Administrate employee benefit, leaves, OSHA and Federal Compliance Postings at all locations.
• Administrate General Administrative function, answering company switchboard, incoming and outgoing mails and package, office supplies, facility issues, preparing and handling company events and guests, or any other administrative tasks.
• Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, and similar computer applications.
• Associate’s degree in related field required.
• Prior 1 to 3 years Administration or Human Resources experience required.
