System One is assisting a client in hiring for an Office Manager. This client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support their office operations. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in paralegal work and general office administration who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and data entry
Draft and proofread correspondence, legal documents, and reports
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files and records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Assist with client intake, billing, and other basic office management tasks
Conduct light legal research as needed
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all work
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a paralegal or professional administrative role
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
