Responsibilities include management of incoming phone calls, screening and greeting incoming visitors, mail collection and distribution, meeting scheduling and planning, scheduling travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies, and light filing. Cross-departmental work may include editing, and maintaining electronic reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes. Other tasks may include preparing and tracking expense reports, purchase requests, daily news report compilation, and vendor contact and management, depending on the various departmental needs.
