Looking for a temporary office position? Bonney Staffing has partnered with a local company who is well known providing professional and intentional care for clients and customers! This partnered company is seeking an eager candidate such as yourself to come and join them!

 

The temporary Administrative Assistant job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, as well as basic office functions such as filing, emailing and scheduling. Ideal applicants will have the ability to process payroll and time cards, as well as support employees with tax changes and work schedules. This is a temporary 1st shift position with a duration of 4-6 weeks. 

 

Administrative Assistant Qualifications: 

High School Graduate or equivalent

Clear understanding of payroll and federal and state laws

Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to meet deadlines and manage time well 

Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable

Customer service driven with the ability to build professional relationships

 

Required Skills: 

2+ Years experience in a payroll or related function

Administrative experience

Current state of Maine notary Public Credential or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

 

Administrative Assistant Details: 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Start Date: ASAP
