Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Clinical Dean and Department of Clinical Education.
Responsibilities
+ Provide professional and friendly customer service through answering incoming calls, E-mail correspondence, welcoming and directing students, and providing program information.
+ Assist the Clinical Dean, Director, and Coordinators in completing operational tasks of the department.
+ Maintains and updates Clinical Dean’s outlook calendar. Schedules student appointments with Clinical Dean.
+ Manage filing system for the department, including student evaluations.
+ Handles general clerical needs of office: copying, faxing, filing, scanning and responding to telephone inquiries.
+ Archives graduating class file.
+ Takes Department minutes.
+ Assists in the coordination of department faculty development events.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ 1 year administrative experience.
Preferred:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Well organized.
+ Ability to multitask.
+ Ability to prioritize.
Maximum Salary
USD $30,368.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary
USD $30,368.00/Yr.
