Position:Administrative AssistantPosition Summary:Helps manage various tasks and overall organization of the leader, team, department, or other group at Lumeris. Prepares reports, meeting minutes and correspondence; creates and edits documents, spreadsheets and presentations; manages schedules and travel; arranges appointments and itineraries; coordinates meetings and conference calls; answers and transfers phone calls; and provides other support as needed.Job Description:Primary Responsibilities
Schedules and coordinates meetings and events.Facilitates all travel arrangements including flights, hotel stays and rental cars.Assists with new hire onboarding and scheduling.Performs various ad-hoc administrative duties in support of the department/team.Prepares in-depth PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEOs, presidents, senior vice presidents and chiefs.Handles sensitive and non-routine information with discretion and explains policies when necessary.Completes own work and works on a team for special non-recurring and on-going projects.Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of the department leadership, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings, and creating brochures.Assists department/team with various needs as assigned.Qualifications

The hiring range for this position is:
$44,100.00-$54,825.00
