What We Offer $17 per hour 1st Shift; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (Degree preferred) 3+ years of experience in general office responsibilities and procedures Computer literacy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional business setting are required Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team Good writing, analytical, and problem?solving skills. Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management, and general administration. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone systems, typewriters, calculators, copiers, and facsimile machines. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
What You’ll Do as an Administrative Assistant Office Coordination: Manage all aspects of general office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate office calendars, scheduling meetings, vacations, and events to optimize workflow. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate staff members. Communication: Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes, and emails; prepare responses to routine inquiries. Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing; manage business documents and files. Document Preparation: Create and edit various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, and letters using Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements; prepare agendas and transcribe meeting minutes. Inventory Management: Maintain and order office supplies and arrange to repair and maintain office equipment. Employee Support: Assist with new employee orientation, HR functions, and project-based work; support staff during special events and fundraising activities. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and contribute to the overall maintenance and growth of the organization. Perform other tasks as assigned
