Job Description
Welcome/greet visitors and maintain visitor’s logbook. Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to appropriate parties. Ensure front desk coverage at all times during business hours and escalate calls as needed. Retrieve and distribute daily incoming mail for both office personnel and outside employees. Coordinate the pick-up and prepare express mail services (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and USPS envelopes. Accept incoming packages and distribute to the correct recipient. Manage office supply ordering, receiving, and stocking. Maintain conference rooms and lunchroom organized and stocked with supplies. Manage periodic cleaning services for the office. Confirm appointments/interviews as scheduled. Support administrative needs for various departments such as scheduling conferences, reservations, meal orders, and assisting the Office Coordinator.

This is a fully on-site position in City Of Industry, California.
Work Environment
100% Onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (attendance at 7am is a non-negotiable). Dress Code: Business Casual. Over 50 employees in this specific location (HQ). Working at the front desk.
