Administrative Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to one Vice President and several directors. Duties include managing calendar, meeting/travel scheduling, follow-up and tracking of assignments, expense reporting and general office management. The selected candidate must be able to work with all levels of management, as well as have flexibility to support other team members and maintain confidentiality.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent Minimum of 1.5 years of administrative assistant experience Highly organized and proactive with good prioritization skills Outstanding office management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal interaction and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office software

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred Administrative Assistant experience with senior executive level employees EOE / Disability / Veteran
