PURPOSE OF POSITON
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to both the Senior Executive Vice President and Maintenance Manager. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail , and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment effectively.
EXAMPLES OF JOB TASKS

+ Assist the Senior Executive Vice President and Maintenance Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
+ Organize and maintain files, records, and correspondence.
+ Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents using MS Office or similar software.
+ Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
+ Coordinate with store staff and vendors for various administrative and maintenance-related tasks.
+ Assist in tracking and scheduling maintenance for store equipment and facilities.
+ Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing and data entry.
+ Ensure smooth and efficient communication between departments.
SKILLS / ABILITY TO:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ May require occasional lifting of supplies or office materials.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Associate’s degree
+ At least 1 year experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant or similar role.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlooks) and general office technology.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Estimated annual salary: $37,000-$45,000
