Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Employee Benefits Wholesale division, in Valley Forge, PA.  This position will provide a variety of administrative and insurance support services. This is a great opportunity to learn about Employee Benefits! 

 

Specific responsibilities include:Providing support to supervisor and other Account ExecutivesProcessing add/term requests and new businessExecuting plan changes with carriersResponding to service inquiresAssisting with benefit and cost comparison spreadsheetsAssisting with the renewal processFollowing up with carriers and/or brokers to obtain outstanding informationUpdating internal reporting systems and BenefitPoint
