Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support for department executives and staff, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistical tasks.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a related role
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Knowledge of Concur for expense reimbursement and travel bookings is a plus
Work is 100% onsite
Responsibilities:
Support scheduling, telephone and email contact, meetings, timekeeping, and budgeting
Provide logistical support for engineering activities such as travel, recruiting, purchasing, office supplies, and new hire onboarding
Assist in software development processes including document approval/control and license management
Arrange staff travel and submit expense reports
Track department expenses and reconcile purchasing card
Organize group events and meetings
Follow up on time reporting to ensure completion by team members
Pay Details: $21.00 to $28.00 per hour
