Administrative Assistant Job Description Reception Duties: - Receive the public and log in visitors according to company policy. - Back-up for central telephone system. - Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distribute items. General Administrative Duties: - Order office supplies for corporate office. - Assist Director entering forms and receive building maintenance professionals as needed. - Assist Manager of Corporate Relations with building maintenance issues and any employee events. Human Resource Assistant Duties: - Facilitate the onboarding process for all new hires including orientation. - Maintain accurate records of active job openings. - Manage internal and external job postings. - Schedule interviews for hiring personnel. - Maintain up-to-date employee files, records, and documents. - Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Support employee benefit administration by answering routine questions and assisting with the open enrollment process. - Monitor Annual Performance Reviews to ensure completion. - Support special events such as benefits open enrollment, employee appreciation events, and holiday parties. - Assist the Human Resources Manager with reporting and special HR projects.
