Administrative Assistant
Description: JOB DUTIES: • Creates sales orders, issues purchase orders, creates packing slips, maintains customer files, and issues invoices in a timely manner • Tracks orders, schedules product delivery, provides inventory management, and additional administrative functions as necessary • Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and follows-up as necessary • Works in a team environment corresponding with multiple departments in the coordination of sales transactions • Receive incoming shipments and label appropriately • Maintain used/rental battery and charger list • Maintains scrap log and requests scrap pick up • Maintains Preventative Maintenance log and schedules future PMs with customers • Maintains New Order log Skills: Administrative support, Customer service, Front desk, Data entry, Microsoft office, Administrative assistance, Order entry, Parts inventory, Clerical, scheduling coordinating, Inventory, Outlook, Filing, Administration Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVES: - 2 years of Data Entry (administrative) - 2 years of Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience - Strong Communication Skills - Customer Communications skills Bonus - invoice and PO experience Experience Level: Entry Level About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
