Administrative Assistant
Adecco is seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to join our client’s team in Mount Prospect, IL. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their Site Leadership Team and General Manager by providing top-notch administrative support. This role offers competitive compensation ( **$21.00/hour** ) with the potential to convert to a permanent role at the end of the contract period. **Available Shifts:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Some overtime needed) **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Weekly Pay + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or business-related field preferred. + 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role. + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other relevant software. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities** + **Administrative Support:** Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, organizing visitor logistics, and maintaining calendars. + **Onboarding:** Lead and coordinate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members. + **SOP Training:** Facilitate SOP training and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. + **Safety and Efficiency:** Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner, prioritizing workplace safety. + **Miscellaneous Duties:** Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
