**Administrative Assistant Opportunity in a Busy Law Firm - Scranton, PA** Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a fast-paced law firm in Scranton, PA. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a welcoming attitude. **Key Responsibilities:** + Answering and directing phone calls + Preparing correspondence and managing emails + Copying, scanning, and faxing documents + Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor + Handling payments and processing mail + Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar + Supporting case management to ensure timely progress **Position Details:** + **Hourly Rate:** $ 18.00 + **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM + **Job Type:** Temp-to-hire **Candidate Requirements:** + At least **two years of recent administrative experience** in a similar role + Excellent attendance and reliability—consistent work ethic is crucial for this role + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks + Proficiency in computer navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Friendly and outgoing personality—you’ll be the face of the office, providing a welcoming experience for all clients If you’re committed to excellence and looking to grow within a reputable firm, this could be the ideal role for you! **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
