Administrative Assistant
Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a local position in Riverton, Wyoming for a temporary to hire job opportunity, pay starting $18-21 hour. As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle various secretarial and administrative tasks. If you're looking to join a dynamic company and meet the qualifications listed below, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities:** + Answer phone calls and greet visitors + Sort and distribute mail + Perform data entry + Maintain job files + Assist the corporate office with accounts payable and receivable + Handle billing, including pay application billing + Verify weights for yard purchases + Manage lease truck subcontractors **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma + 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role + Proficient in Microsoft Office programs + Accounting experience is a plus + Ability to type 45-50 words per minute + Strong organizational and time management skills The starting pay for this position is $18-21 per hour, and it is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
