Administrative Assistant

**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+ Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
+ Maintain and update office files, databases, and records.
+ Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
+ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
+ Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
+ Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
+ Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and tasks.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience with office management software, such as CRM and ERP systems.
+ Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office administration.
+ Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
