Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities

· Assists with day-to-day operational activities, providing support and organization with administrative tasks

and provides assistance to staff, external partners and stakeholders and/or persons we support and their

circles of support.

· Maintains and facilitates scheduling of calls, meetings and/or events.

· Organizes office operations and procedures.

· Creates monthly calendars

· Maintains student files and keeping parent information up to date

· Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands

· Performs all other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical

capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)

· Demonstrate superb organization and superior attention to detail. 

· Must be well organized with superior attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities and

deadlines.

· Work with a great degree of self-direction and focus 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs,

specifically Word and Powerpoint
