Job Summary and Description:

Provides administrative support to multiple departments/program research areas through partnership with Department/Program Manager. Performs a variety of administrative support to assist staff members with complex details and advanced administrative duties.  Executes special or continuous research-type work and data analysis tasks.  Coordinates high level activities between divisions/departments and external contacts, including members/customers.  Works with internal EPRI personnel at all organizational levels to gather and deliver critical information and meet time-sensitive deadlines. Ensures all department communication – both internal external is professional and personable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including deliverable management, research portfolio support, meeting organization, word processing, slides and presentations, review, editing, and production of reports, and hosting in-person and webcast meetings

Manage and support timely execution of deliverables

Develop and maintain the contact and contract databases

Track and follow-up on various action items to ensure schedules and due dates are met

Coordinate calendars to manage priorities and avoid conflicts

Track financial (and budget) information

Assist in the creation/implementation of processes to support the electric transportation organization

Make travel arrangements

Order office supplies

Develop and maintain file systems via cloud storage services

Schedule and coordinate meetings (virtual, in-person, and hybrid)

Other tasks as needed

Knowledge and Skills Required:

High School diploma

High degree of professionalism

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent planning skills (ability to anticipate future needs)

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong internal and external customer focus

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently as well as with other people of all backgrounds and experience levels

Ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines, while supporting multiple staff

Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities

Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and other specialized programs used by EPRI

Ability to learn and take on new responsibilities as emerging needs arise

The salary range for this position is $58,900 USD to $63,000 USD annually.

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This role is eligible to participate in EPRI’s annual incentive program. The amount of incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

This role is eligible to participate in EPRI’s standard employee benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD and paid family leave, life and accident insurance, paid time off (flexible vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay).
