What You’ll Do: + Answer telephones and interact with customers and technicians alike. + Greet vendors, clients, and potential applicants. + Provide consistent customer service to internal and external customers alike. + Assist the Project Administrators to accomplish assigned projects. + Assist with creating and publishing social media content. + Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, managing e-mail correspondence, and time management. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: + Previous customer service experience is preferred. + Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc); Comfortable with current technology. + Experience in social media is preferred. + Ability to multitask efficiently with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines. + Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on tasks.
